yeah, some sorta study desk...but i know it has nothing to do with school, and that ther are lots of winding staircases.

haha, thanks, but i suspect it looks better in the photo than in real life. i painted over the wood with white paint first, and a lot of that shows through. the would just sucked up all the liquid from my paint and dried to out so quickly.

This is indeed a really great piece. I like the warm colors and comfortably worn look of everything.

i have to admit, i don't usually include many yellows in my palette, but after this one i feel inclined to do it more often.
