the octopus wizard

this is a much smaller, first version of the picture i'm doing now.

unfortunately, i'm used to the metric system and ordered paper that only had sizes in inches. i wound up with paper WAY bigger than i expected, so it's going to take me a long long time to finish the version i'm working on now.

eventually i hope to include the new version in a children's book i am working on.

done in coloured pencils-my second try at using them. still getting the hang of it.
